Camera Angles and Techniques: Continued

The second techinque that we had to use was the 180 Degree rule, (see the 180 Degree rule futher down the page) this was reasonably easy to film as all we had to do was to stay at one side of the actors for filming (unless we used the tracking shot) we encountered a few problems whilst filming this squence however. the first was making sure that you did have the right shot, for example which shots make the film flow more easily. Another was the loacation we were filming in. A few people were working in the place at the time, and the way that we had to film the shots meant that some of the people could potenially accidently end up in one of the shots looking at the camera. So we obviously had to be careful with this. But it didn't help, because of the poeple situation we had to film another day when less people were there. it kind of pushed us back a bit on our filming squedule.
